We know it's difficult enough finding a home in London or the South East when you live here, but if you are relocating it can be doubly hard. The market has a tendency to move quickly which frequently calls for decisive action if you are to secure the best home.

With upwards of 60 lettings agents covering each small area of London, it is difficult to find time to speak to all of them to ensure you find the best rental at a competitive price. Normally we will find clients a rental property within 2 weeks. Most relocation clients prefer to instruct us from abroad so that we have property to show them as soon as they arrive in the UK.

If you are planning to move to London or the South East and look for a new home simultaneously with starting your new job, you can rest assured that we will spend our days looking for homes for you and can meet you in the evenings to show you the best we have found. From our property search we will draw up a shortlist of properties which we think fulfil your brief and which we suggest you see. We will discuss them with you initially and we will have previewed all of these to make sure they fit your exact requirements.

So if you have briefed us to find you a high spec flat with 180 degree views of the Thames, 5 minutes from great restaurants and 15 minutes from your office, we won't take you to see anything else! We can also conduct school and nursery searches and help organise other childcare arrangements if necessary. We will conduct the negotiations on your behalf to ensure you pay the right rent for your tenancy and ensure any additional furniture or changes you require are made prior to taking possession.

We will be your sole point of contact and will liaise with all parties on your behalf to help you move in when it's convenient for you. We will organise insurance, utilities and check the inventory on your behalf and can also pick up keys and welcome you to your new home. Naturally we will open our contact book to retained clients and we can also set up the new home completely depending on your requirements.
