Relocations Fees

We will normally contact a minimum of 60 agents on your behalf and speak to all our contacts as part of our search for you so naturally we need to know that you are serious about finding a new home through us. Therefore we charge a retention fee which is paid before we start and a success fee which is payable when you exchange contracts with the vendor or landlord.

Home Purchases

• Retention fee: £2,000
• Success fee: 1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the purchase price, whichever is the greater.
• Turnkey solution also available - please ask for details.
• Please note that we are VAT registered and all fees are subject to VAT at 20%.

Rentals

• Retention fee: £2,000
• Success fee (long lets): 4 weeks rent
• Success fee (short lets): Fixed fee
