Manse and Garret Property Search  provides a specialist relocation or home search service for clients relocating from abroad or from another part of the UK to London and the Home Counties, whether the requirement is for a home purchase or a short let.

We can organise an orientation tour initially to help select an area in which to live. Alternatively we can suggest a location based on proximity to schools, lifestyle preferences and work commitments. We are happy to conduct school and nursery searches and will gladly share access to our contact book with retained clients. We will take time to get to know you to make sure we understand all your concerns so that by the time you move we have put in place everything you need to settle in and feel at home.

Crucially, we really understand the London market. We are different from our competitors because our background is in property development and commercial site acquisition which means we are able to deliver ROI to our clients who are buying a home. Your home is one of your biggest assets. We believe that like every major investment you make, a home purchase should be thoroughly researched and well-informed and that enlisting our professional expertise will save you time, money and stress.

You can instruct us from abroad if necessary - we can do a great deal by email but prefer to have at least one telephone conversation prior to instruction. We can set up video conferencing if we can't meet you in person and can sometimes visit you initially, even if you are based outside the UK. We understand that you may not be able to make many trips to London prior to your move and will ensure that any time you are able to devote to seeing property is spent viewing homes which we have scrutinised to the last detail and which fulfil your exact requirements.
