From our rental property search we will draw up a shortlist of properties which we think fulfil your brief and which we suggest you see. We will discuss them with you initially and we will have previewed all of these to make sure they fit your exact requirements. So if you have briefed us to find you a high spec house with integral garage, TVs in every room, surround sound, 4 double en-suite bedrooms, ideally on a private road in zone1, we won't take you to see anything else! Equally if you are looking for a period penthouse with views of the sea, within 10 minutes walk of the station - we can find that too.
We can also conduct school and nursery searches and help organise other childcare arrangements if necessary. Normally we will find clients a rental property within 2 weeks and we will be by your side and provide a viewpoint on whether or not the flat or house you are interested in represents good value for money or if we think you would be better to wait or hold out for a lower rent.
We will conduct the negotiations on your behalf to ensure you pay the right rent for your tenancy and negotiate additional furniture or changes you require prior to taking possession. We will be your sole point of contact and will liaise with all parties on your behalf to help you move in when it's convenient for you. We can organise insurance, utilities and check the inventory and can also pick up keys and welcome you to your new home if required.
