We charge a retention fee of £2,000 on instruction plus a success fee of 1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the purchase price negotiated, whichever is the greater.
We are VAT registered and all fees are subject to VAT at 20%.
We offer a decreasing fee structure for properties over £5 million. Alternatively we can agree a fixed price package if required.
